Blogger In The Wind

James Perse sweater, Zara vest and wedges,  J.Brand jeans, Proenza Schouler bag and RayBan sunnies.

I have a roof! Wait, I have a roof?!  I am quite thrilled to start spending these warm city days sunning on my roof (wearing sunblock of course!)  Little bit of a wind chill this week in the Big Apple, hence why I look like I’m legit about to fly off of this roof.  Now onto the important matters…this Zara vest is absolutely spectacular!  Little secret for ya…was shopping in my most absolute favorite store a few weeks ago, can you guess it? Yup! Rag&Bone.  Anyway, while I was there I spotted a cream vest, literally identical to this one.  I set it back on the rack in hopes of a sale; slashing that almighty $600 price tag down to something moreeee…student friendly.  The next day I was poking around in Zara and guess what I run into…anyway you can guess the rest.  The point of this lil story is not that you should always check out alternatives before purchasing the real deal.  But that you should find a good balance between higher end and not so higher end.  Invest in the classics and shop wallet friendly on more trendy pieces.  Well, I can’t tell you anymore because then you can just start your own DashingA.

xoxo, A.

Woah now…Almost took off there!

Uhm yes…the sprinkler is making a comeback.

You know how some people have those weird family photo’s in their homes of them and their children.  Well mine would be me and my bags :)
